Equipment:

Our 250m² application center is equipped with a total of seven in-house industrial-grade and high-precision laser platforms.

Cutting-Edge Laser Technology:

We house all types of industrial lasers, from CW lasers and nanosecond lasers to picosecond lasers and state-of-the-art femtosecond lasers.

Analysis:

In addition to light microscopes with up to 2000x magnification and a brand-new 3D microscope, we have a fully automated measurement station with a 24″ working area.
Cross-section equipment, including a high-vacuum pump to improve embedding results, completes our analysis capabilities.

Team:

Our experienced and highly trained team, consisting of materials scientists, physicists, and engineers, works daily on the next revolution to make production processes more cost-efficient, sustainable, and precise. We prefer to do this together with our customers in joint development projects, but also through internal developments to stay ahead of current industry trends.

Training, Workshops, and Expert Support:

Our team offers internal and external training and workshops to help you master your next challenge. Additionally, we provide expert support to our customers whenever needed.

Special Challenges:

For particularly delicate applications, the Photonics Systems Group has a 70m² ISO6 cleanroom.

Depending on the requirements and lead time, we can also process your samples in a low-dust environment.
