You can expect the following tasks:

• Installation/Service/Maintenance of our laser systems at customer sites in both domestic and international locations.
• Commissioning of laser systems at customer sites.
• Service tasks covering areas such as electrical engineering, laser & optics, mechanics, NC control, image processing, and process control.
• Providing telephone support and technical guidance to customers when they face technical issues.
• Conducting instructions and training sessions for our customers.

You bring the following profile:

• Completed vocational or technician training (e.g., electrical engineering, mechatronics)
• Several years of experience in electrical engineering, with knowledge in precision mechanics and automation
• Programming skills in PLC (ideally Beckhoff)
• Ideally, knowledge in the field of laser and optics
• Unrestricted willingness to travel (worldwide)
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
• High degree of teamwork, dedication, and flexibility
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Good English language skills are required
• Driver’s license Class 3 or B
