Your tasks:

• Project management from the planning phase through the realisation phase to final acceptance for projects in special machine construction
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Contact person for customers and internal departments (engineering, operations, etc.)
• Coordination of interdisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians and technical experts
• Ensuring the internal & external flow of information
• Creation and maintenance of necessary project documents
• Identification of innovation opportunities and technical improvements
• Analysis, assessment and management of project-specific risks
• Identification and processing of claims during the entire course of the project
• Continuous improvement of project management processes

Your profile:

• Successfully completed technical or scientific studies (e.g. physics, physical technology, engineering in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, automation technology) or further training as a state-certified technician (m/f/d)
• Professional experience and (sound) knowledge in project management in the field of plant engineering and/or special machine construction
• Ideally knowledge of laser technology / laser material processing
• Assertiveness, analytical and solution-orientated thinking
• Strong communication skills as well as an independent and customer-orientated way of working
• Business fluent German and English language skills
• Willingness to travel internationally/nationally (approx. 10 %)
